TERMS OF SERVICE: KHI TAM ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL

Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales / Vietnam (Jurisdiction based on enrollment hub)

1. THE EDUCATIONAL CONTRACT

By enrolling in the 1,200-hour Khí Tâm Therapist Specialist Diploma, the Student enters into a professional training agreement with the Academy. The Academy agrees to provide access to the curriculum, faculty mentorship, and clinical supervision, provided the Student remains in good financial and ethical standing.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) PROTECTION

All materials provided, including but not limited to:

  • The Khí Tâm 5-Body Methodology
  • Clinical Manuals and Anatomical Diagrams
  • The 7 Proprietary Clinical Instruments (The Softener, The Twister, etc.)
  • Video Lectures by Master Dr. Sridevi To Hai

...are the exclusive property of Khí Tâm Academy International. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal study only. Recording, reproducing, or teaching these proprietary methods outside of the Academy’s licensing framework is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & ETHICS

Students are expected to uphold the "Purity of the Profession" as outlined in the Student Handbook.

  • Non-Competition: During the program and for 2 years post-graduation, students may not establish a competing therapy school or training program using Khí Tâm methodology.
  • Clinical Safety: Students must never perform manual therapy techniques on the public until they have been formally cleared by the Faculty at Level 2 (Associate Practitioner).

4. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS & TUITION

  • Payment Integrity: For the £18,500 program, students choosing the installment plan agree to the 
  • schedule.
  • Late Payments: Access to the LMS is automatically restricted if payments are overdue by 15 days.
  • Final Certification: No Diploma or License to Practice will be issued until the full tuition balance is settled.

5. ACCREDITATION & PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

  • Recognition: The Academy is recognized by Complementary Health Professionals (CHP). However, the Academy does not guarantee employment; success depends on the student’s clinical performance and business application.
  • Insurance: Students must maintain student-level professional liability insurance during their Level 3 and Level 4 clinical residencies.

6. TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment without a refund for:

  1. Academic dishonesty or plagiarism.
  2. Breach of client confidentiality during clinical practice.
  3. Behavior that damages the reputation of Master Dr. Sridevi To Hai or the Academy.
